Edwine Oghayore

Owner & Founder

Edwine Oghayore is an analytical leader who takes a systematic approach to helping clients attract and retain clients through strategic planning initiatives that maximize efficiency and increase productivity.

​

​For 15 years, Edwine has worked as an administrator in the healthcare industry, supporting teams and leadership in streamlining the day-to-day operations, and ensuring ongoing compliance with regulatory bodies.

In this role, Edwine gained valuable operations management experience navigating integrated internal operations for compliance, protocols, credentialing, billing and internal audits.


Edwine was able to leverage her organizational leadership skills and knowledge of operations management to pivot into Real Estate as a real estate agent and as a Transaction Coordinator. In this role, her ability to identify areas for process improvement and implement operating systems, Real Estate professionals have resulted in increased operational efficiency throughout the transaction process. 


Edwine’s meticulous attention to detail and ability to liaise between agents and clients allows her to support Real Estate professionals in finalizing contracts with fewer contractual discrepancies and faster turnaround times to accommodate more clients.
